Step 1 — Inquire. Fill out a contact form with your wedding date to see if I am available.
Step 2 — We meet! I love getting to know my couples. We will set up a phone call, zoom or a coffee date to discuss what wedding coverage works best for you. I customize all of my weddings to fit my couples needs.
Step 3 — Become a Wildflowers Bride. Choose your wedding coverage and any add-ons you may want and I will send over a contract and collect a 25% retainer
Step 4 — We Make our first set of memories!! Depending on your wedding package we will schedule engagement photos or a bridal session and meet for our first pictures together! ( I love this part. It lets us get to know each other before your big day.) These photos will be delivered via Pic-Time within two weeks.
Step 5 — Questionnaire. I will send a very simple Questionnaire I need filled out no later than one month before your wedding date to help create a timeline for your day.
Step 6 — Timeline. About a month in advance we create a custom timeline before your BIG day to ensure the day goes smoothly. I will coordinate with your planner to make sure we are on the same page. I always send it over for approval.
Step 7 — WEDDING DAY! Ahhhh It’s here! The Best day EVER!
Step 8 — Sneak Peek. I will send a sneak peek within 48 hours!
Step 9 — Delivery Day. Your wedding gallery will be delivered via Pic-Time for you to download all digital images.
